Compensation: $90-145K

HVAC company is hiring! Offering excellent benefits and opportunity for growth! HVAC experience a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

As Plan/Spec Estimator identify projects to bid:
- Assigned during weekly bid meetings
- Customer driven/request
- Finalize project pricing for subcontractors and vendors
- Create 'Project Turnover' package
- Release subcontractors and vendors for submittals
- Forward insurance requirements
- Turnover project to Project Mgr, Asst Project Mgr, Superintendents, & Foreman
- Create job folder:
  - Copy drawings from Temp Folder to Job Folder
  - Copy all estimate documents to job folder
- Create PlanGrid Project:
  - Upload drawings to PlanGrid
- Create BidTracer Project
Create Estimate folder and download all documents:
- Analyze bid documents, identify proper subcontractors and vendors.
- Determine if wetside should be bid in house or subcontracted
- Determine if plumbing combo is applicable
Setup Estimate in BidTracer
- Upload all documents to BidTracer and invite subcontractors and vendors
  - Perform quantity takeoff
  - Assemble estimate
  - Write scope letter
  - Upon project award:
