Facility Maintenance Support

Dayshift 6Am -2:30PM - Must be available to work on weekends.

Pay rate $18 - 18.00/HR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilities Maintenance Technician IV [Competency expected to be achieved within 3 Months]:

  • Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
  • Receives bulk Co2 / nitrogen deliveries.
  • Receives bulk caustic deliveries.
  • Receives bulk sweetener deliveries.
  • Fill Co2 tanks.
  • Performs facilities ground maintenance.
  • Conducts Facilities storm water pollution prevention.
  • Repairs and maintains offices.
  • Recycle cans. bottles, and pallets.

General

  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Work scheduled shift, weekends, and extended hours as required.
  • Keep tools and work area clean and sanitary.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Strong ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as working in a team.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, a professional attitude, and produces accurate work product.
  • Must be proactive.
  • Must have a cooperative attitude.
  • Must have the ability to follow-up.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Three to six months related experience and/or training required.
  • High school or equivalent preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: English is required, and the ability to speak Spanish is desirable.
