Position Title: Facility Operations Manager

Location: West Sacramento

Schedule: Part Time initially, Full Time in 2024

Compensation: $80,000 -$85,000 annual, plus yearly bonus opportunity

Facility Operations Manager Responsibilities:

This role will oversee facility management a 250,000 sq ft campus in W. Sac.
Will work alongside the Assistant Facility Manager, Chief Engineer, and Security Manager.

Maintain and foster client relationships while navigating between different entities
Will help to dial-in official policies and procedures

Facility Operations Manager Requirements:

Must have experience with MRI Angus and AppFolio
Have provide experience building and maintaining vendor relationships
Have experience managing/training a team and creating policies/standards
Have experience at the corporate level with property or facility management
