Job Title: FC Bookkeeper

Location: Santa Rosa

Compensation: $32-$36 an hour

Job Summary:

A local client of ours is looking for a part time Full Charge Bookkeeper on a temp to hire basis. This role is responsible for the day-to-day accounting. Fully onsite Monday thru Friday 24-32 hours with potential for full time.

Job Title Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • General Ledger management
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Prepare fiscal year end reporting
  • Payroll Tax Reporting
  • Job Costing
  • General Liability audit
  • Enter estimates for financial forecasting of sales pipeline
  • Enter timekeeping data for project cost accounting
  • Monthly reconciliation of all accounts to support management reports
  • Administrative duties include generating contracts and other miscellaneous business documents and general office duties

Job Title Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in accounting role preferred
  • Experience working in law office, construction, or project-based accounting a plus
