Field Service Technician | Product Sales

Location: Remote. Southern California

Compensation: $70-80K base plus bonus, excellent benefits including 3 weeks vacation, 7 sick days, 11 holiday, medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer contribution and company truck.

Responsibilities:

The position will handle field service repairs in the Southern California area, do dealership tractor demonstrations, follow up on quotes, contacts and closing the sales and assist with

  • Represents the company for the sale of electric tractors to customers or institutions in a defined sales area
  • Work with dealers and regional sales generate leads for dealers and assist dealers with demonstrations.
  • Effectively manages time to meet and exceed company set sales metrics and goal
  • Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment
  • Facilitates new equipment field demonstrations
  • Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
  • Provides excellent customer relations skills
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • High personal achievement standards
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Analyzes and interprets basic sales reports

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Tractor or Ag Industry Equipment Preferred.
  • Electric vehicle experience a plus.
  • Electrical and mechanical tech skills
  • Clean driving record.
  • Professional Appearance
