Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Finance Director that will be responsible for the completion of projects, financial planning, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Job Title Responsibilities:
* Manage general accounting, cost accounting, payroll, and fixed assets.
* Manage financial analysis, long range financial planning, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Coordinate various financial/administrative control and planning systems.
* Develop and maintain financial reporting systems.
* Establish the company financial and accounting policies.
* Establish and maintain network backup to meet requirements.
* Other duties as needed.
Job Title Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or equivalent experience.
* 7-10+ years of related experience in finance/accounting in addition to at least 3 years of management experience.
* Experience with NetSuite and Concur.
* NetSuite implementations experience a big plus.
* Medical device industry or manufacturing/inventory management experience required.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail.
