Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Director
Location: Remote (must live in California)
Compensation: $143-$214k

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join their team. This role provides oversight in implementing, directing, and monitoring the Financial Planning & Analysis Department functions.

Job Title Responsibilities:
* Must have experience with a company that manages a health plan.
* Must have experience managing staff.
* Must have a minimum of 10 years of career experience.
* Ensure that FP&A Department goals and activities align with the strategic plan.
* Draft, recommend, and implement administrative policies, processes, and procedures related to the FR&A Department operations.
* Oversee the preparation and maintenance of records.
* Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback to staff, and counseling or disciplining staff when performance issues arise.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Title Requirements:
* Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a closely related fiend.
* Must live in California.
* Must have experience working within healthcare or with a company that provides a health insurance plan to be considered.
* Able to organize, plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
* Ability to travel to different locations in the course of work.
* Working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare and related regulations.
