SEEKING OUT A FLEET MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (SWING SHIFT) IN SEATTLE FOR CLIENT IN THE ZERO WASTE INDUSTRY - $77-$82K + 10% BONUS AND FANTASTIC BENEFITS!!!

Qualified candidates will possess/be able to:

  • A "SERVANT SUPERVISOR" MINDSET - someone who is able to lead by example and do the work of those that they supervise
  • Act as Lead Mechanic when necessary
  • Work a Swing Shift (1pm start) but have a flexible enough schedule to be on call when needed
  • Administer a Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Program
  • Possess strong experience working on/with Heavy Duty Vehicles
  • Supervise Union Personnel (experience working with Unions highly desirable)
  • MUST be able to pass a MVR, Background Check and Drug Screen
  • HS Diploma Required
