Job Title: Front Desk Administrator (temp to hire)
Location: Burlingame, CA
Compensation: $19-22/hr.

Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls, route to specific individuals, and take/relay messages accordingly
* Willing and capable of providing the highest level of "concierge-style" customer service to all clients and guests.
* Respond to inquiries in a pleasant and upbeat attitude while maintaining a positive attitude of the Company at all times
* Must be a team player with a collaborative and adventurous spirit.
* Receive and sort incoming mail, data entry, and filing and scanning
* Coordinate pick-up and delivery of the express package (FedEx, UPS, and others)
* Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies
* Update reception procedures and inventory list
* Handle office catering requests and set-up
* Maintain cleanliness of the reception and employee kitchen areas
* Maintain company phone and extension list
* Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the organization
* Provide exceptional customer service to all walk-ins
Qualifications:
* Must possess excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to type 45 wpm or higher
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task
* Punctual, reliable, and loyal
* High school diploma or equivalent experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of receptionist, office or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

Desired qualifications:
* Experience with 8x8 phone system or similar (RingCentral, Vonage)
* Experience with Salesforce
