Job Title: Receptionist/Office Coordinator
Location: Burlingame AND San Leandro
Schedule: M-F 9am-3pm (part time)
Will work in Burlingame office 2-3 days/week and San Leandro factory 1-2 days/week
Receive packages and coordinate with team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
Open and scan mail
Follow up emails
Schedule events and meetings using Google Calendar
Basic MS Excel spreadsheets/reports
Set up meeting room, stock refrigerator
Ad hoc requests such as putting toner in copier, cleaning, changing light bulbs etc.
Proactive approach and demeanor; takes initiative
Professional communication via email, phone and in-person
Office experience highly preferred
Familiar with MS Office and Google Calendar
