Business Professionals by Nelson Connects is actively seeking candidates to join a client's team in Emeryville. They are seeking a positive-minded, friendly and outgoing front desk person to service as Receptionist and also perform some light administrative duties.

Duties:
Answer multi-line telephone and route calls to appropriate channels.
Greet guest arrivals and assist them in connecting with their designated host party.
Light filing
May perform light administrative duties, such as drafting memos and other correspondence, printing mailing labels, emails, etc.

Qualifications Sought:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years previous office experience in a similar role
  • Basic Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Pleasant demeanor, on and off the phone
  • Polite and professional phone etiquette
  • Upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality

Compensation:
pay will start between $20-$25 per hour
