Job Title: FC Bookkeeper

Location: Santa Rosa
Compensation: $30-$38 an hour

Job Summary:

A local family-owned client of ours is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions. Must be able to work in the office Mon-Fri 8+ hours each day.

Job Title Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll tax reporting
  • General Ledger management
  • Maintain depreciation schedule
  • Maintain federal, state, IRS, etc. requirements
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Prepare fiscal year end reporting and tax preparation in coordination with CPA.

Job Title Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP
