Job Title: GL/Property Accountant
Location: Walnut Creek
Compensation: $75-$85k

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a knowledgeable GL/Property Accountant. This position is a hybrid position occasionally working from home.

Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for month-end close, bank reconciliations and GL account reconciliations.
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple properties.
* Ensure records are maintained to company standards.
* Ensure monthly financial packages are completed and delivered on time.
* Process GL entries and bank deposits for multiple properties.
* Perform administrative duties as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:
* 3+ years of property management experience.
* Must live locally.
* Must be able to handle multiple financials per month.
* Knowledge of MS Office.
* Knowledge of Yardi/MRI, M3, or Sage.
* Must be organized and able to multi-task.
* Excellent communication skills.
