Grants Accounting Manager

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Grants Accounting Manager to run all accounting and financial functions for their grant funded programs.

Main Functions Include:

  • Manage all aspects of the financial grant process
  • Prepare financial analysis, budgets, and projects
  • Review existing and develop and implement new strategies for optimization of financial process for grants
  • Prepare invoices, billing, and collections
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Forecast and analyze annual grant budgets
  • Train and supervise staff and ensure staff is up to date on financial policies and procedures
  • Assist CFO and Director of FP&A with annual audit and provide information for external auditors

Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional accounting or finance experience
  • Prior experience in training and supervising staff
  • Experience with grants preferred
