Nelson Connects is immediately hiring for a HR Administrative Assistant for a local leading organization in Santa Rosa.

As a HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR Manager in all areas
  • Process various HR activities such as:
    • Assisting in new hire orientation preparation
    • I9 verification and onboarding support
    • Assisting with Open Enrollment processes including health benefits
    • Assisting in off-boarding processes
  • Assisting in travel management, company events, birthdays and other requests from Managers

    HR Administrative Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-3 years' experience in HR as a coordinator or administrative support
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent ethics when accessing or manipulating sensitive information

This is a PART TIME role, the schedule is:

  • Monday through Friday start time anywhere from 8:00am - 10:00am and working 4-6 hours per day

Pay for this position is $24.00/hr + DOE
