Recruiting Coordinator

Start in the new year- Jan/22 Temp to Hire

$32-35/hr

Remote but with monthly in-office meetings expected as soon as team moves back upon safety standards

  • Schedule and coordinate candidates and hiring managers for all interview stages
  • 1. hiring manager interview 2. team interview 3) debriefs.
  • Update candidate status in ATS + update candidate directly on status; potential help on screenings
  • New hire onboarding - IT set up, manager check list, orientation meeting, I-9 verification, scheduling meet and greets
  • Company newsletter - features calendar, new hires, updates/news, etc (Mailchimp)
  • Schedule virtual "coffee" meet ups and other culture events.
  • Maintain employee licenses in our online learning systems
  • Assist with HR reporting + HRIS data updating.

Required Experience

  • 2-5 years as an HR Assistant or Recruiting Coordinator required
  • Experience with HR Reporting and HRIS systems highly preferred
