A privately-held company is in search for a HR Generalist to come join their team. They have been in business for over 20+ years and is a leader in the food industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with all levels of management and employees to communicate various HR objectives and procedures in compliance with company policy and employment law
  • Conducts internal investigations as assigned by management needs

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of related federal and state employment laws/regulations including ADA, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, and worker's compensation.
  • 5+ years of progressive and relevant high level HR experience in the areas of employee/labor relations, internal investigations, conflict resolution and talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Communication and/or related field
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
