About the Position

As part of the Human Resources team, you will provide support in all administrative tasks and processes across the full

spectrum of HR services to deliver best in class HR service to our business partners, managers, and employees.

Specific areas of responsibility include:


Execute seamless orientation process for all new employees by overseeing initial orientation to the company and

otherwise helping to provide new hires a high-quality onboarding experience.

Provide support to managers and other HR team members in developing appropriate on-boarding plans for all

new employees.

Recruitment and Selection

Oversee the personnel requisition process to include tracking and approvals with follow-up as needed.

Maintain workforce planning and necessary hires list, to ensure hiring managers and recruiters have the necessary

data to prioritize all hiring in a fast growth environment.

Administer workflow through the company applicant tracking system (ATS), including job postings, interview

scheduling and recording of appropriate data for tracking recruitment and selection metrics.

Maintain the company career page and ensure all targeted job advertising resources are being utilized (such as

social media, industry publications and college career centers).


Assist managers as needed to complete job descriptions with a specific eye towards consistency across teams on

job leveling relative to responsibilities and required experiences.

Maintain the company job description database and conduct periodic reviews so that all descriptions are up to

date and meet company standards.

General HR Support

Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers for all standard questions. Process and answer all

incoming phone calls and emails within the scope of service expectations.

Provide support for the company payroll process by addressing employee questions and tracking issues and

concerns in the outsourced payroll system.

Manage the bi-annual performance appraisal schedule and track completion of reviews, helping to hold

managers accountable to the review process.

Support all administrative tasks with regard to employee changes, such as issuing new letters or other required


Maintain company policies to ensure up to date and complete.

Serve as a resource to review all HR related documents for quality and completeness.
