Job Title: HR Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist, your primary focus will be employee relations, performance management and policy guidance, employee engagement and employee events planning. The Human Resources Generalist covers Company policies during weekly new hire orientation. The position requires demonstrated knowledge of CA and federal legislation, including Wage and Hour laws, Title VII, EEO, ADA, FMLA and FLSA, CA LOA, workers' compensation management, employee engagement, employee relations, and policy guidance.

Compensation: $70,000-85,000

Job Title Responsibilities:
Participate in weekly new hire orientation and exit meetings
Designs, implements and administers effective and high-quality HR processes and procedures to meet required needs and objectives. Regularly measures and reports on results
Knowledge of and skills in interpreting and applying State and Federal Labor laws relating to employment and regulations including Title VII, EEO, ADA, FMLA, CFRA and workers' compensation

Job Title Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
5 years experience in Employee Relations
Demonstrated tenure at previous employers
