HR Manager (Part-Time)

Compensation: $45-$65 per hour.

We are seeking a Part-Time HR Manager (25-30 hours per week), with a broad set of skills to

lead the company's Human Resource activities, in conjunction with the existing PEO's that are in place.

This role will work closely with the Controller and CFO, as well as other staff, to support all HR related

activities for this growing company.

HR Manager Areas of Responsibility:

  • Main point of contact with the company's outside PEO's.
  • Processing of Bi-Weekly Payroll for 75 employees, through the company's PEO's.
  • New Hire On-Boarding.
  • Process Terminations.
  • Recruiting
  • Employee Relations
  • Manage Company-wide Communications.
  • Workers Compensation claims management.
  • Health Benefits administration.
  • 401k Administration.
  • Skills and Experience Requirements:
  • Broad Human Resources background.
  • Experience in Payroll processing.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution enterprise preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate well with a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
