Attention HR professionals! Two excellent opportunities are available for those looking to take their career to the next levels. Our clients, one in a Food Delivery space and another in Commercial/Residential lighting shipping, are in need of HR Leaders.

Day to day tasks are, but not limited to:

  • Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team.
  • Drive culture, be a strategic partner
  • Employee relations, handle investigations, exit interviews and procedures.
  • Attract, retain and train teammates
  • Ensure compliance with all company and government regulatory standards
  • Assist with budgeting process
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
  • Collaborating with upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
  • Expressing appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves (system admin)
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • SPHR and other certifications are a plus
  • Bilingual preferred, not mandatory
  • Leadership, training and developmental skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
  • Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • HRIS
