HR Operations Coordinator
Monday - Friday, Day shift
Contract assignment

  1. HR Operations Coordinator (we've worked this role together earlier this year JD should be the same)
    1. M-F 40hrs onsite
    2. target comp $24-30/hr
    3. short term temp/possible temp to hire for the right candidate
    4. Priorities/Focus':

i. New Hire Onboarding Administration/Paperwork- ensure all paperwork is complete and ready for start date

ii. Payroll Admin- support as needed with bi-weekly payroll

iii. Data Entry- we are undergoing an integration with Ceridian (experience with Ceridian a plus) so familiarity or previous experience with spreadsheets management, databases both in excel and an HRIS system

    1. Ideal Candidate:

i. Customer Service focused- easy to talk to/make connections with; this role interacts with the entire organization internally and external vendors/new hires

ii. Ability to maintain highly confidential information (personal information, compensation, leave/benefit information)

iii. HRIS + payroll experience
