The Human Resources Specialist will perform a variety of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and other duties misc. HR duties for 3 locations.


* Coordinate job description updates

* Post open positions

* Review/screen resumes

* Schedule/conduct interviews

* Draft/Send Offer Letters

* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding

* New hire orientation

* Assist staff with benefit questions

* Coordinate and submit insurance related request

* Research compliance information and coordinate implementation

* Coordinate filings related to immigration

* Update PS/PV calendars

* Update Daily Self-Certification Tracker - Covid

* Update Injury, Illness and Prevention Plan

* Update Employee Handbook

* Coordinate Quarterly Fleet Safety Review

* Schedule vehicle maintenance

* Answer phones

* Assist with prospect set-up

* Assist with entering new jobs/phase

* Review and draft training materials

* Submit and track tickets to IT Company

* Assist staff with IT questions


Experience and/or training in Human Resources or Recruiting
