Excellent opportunity with a large, growing health care company! We have an amazing Talent Acquisition team and looking to add on a Recruiter. This person will develop, implement and facilitate all phases of the talent acquisition process from attraction to hire. Excellent company benefits and career advancement! Urgent to fill!

Monday-Friday hybrid opportunity

Responsibilities include:

  • Partners with department managers to identify needs and draft detailed hiring criteria.
  • Owns job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Coordinates the interview process with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Partners with local schools, universities, organizations and employment specialists in order to find qualified talent.
