Job Title: Inside Sales
Location: San Jose, Ca
Compensation: $28.00-$32.00/hour

Summary: Under the direction of the Service Director, the Inside Salesperson will provide customer service, proposals and quotes to customers for service and repair of HVAC units.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

? Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work

? Works with technicians to review submitted proposals

? Tracks outstanding proposals

? Follows up with customers on outstanding proposals

? Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system

? Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quoted

? Monitoring parts and releasing work orders to technicias.

? Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals

? Prepare billing packets for pre-billing

? Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes

? Reviews outstanding work orders with technicians to update system notes.

? Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

? High School Diploma

? Minimum 2+ years HVAC Dispatcher experience OR Minimum 2+ years Inside Sales experience

? Proficient on MS Office Suite

? Excellent oral/written communication skills

? Excellent customer service skills

? Attention to detail a priority

? Be able to multi-task

? Excellent Organization

? Ability to problem solve
