We are presently seeking qualified candidates for a direct hire Inside Sales/ Order Quotations opportunity presently available. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with wholesale plumbing and comfortable handing B2B sales (95%) and retail customer sales (5%).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with complete, comprehensive, competitive, and accurate project quotes
  • Assist customers in person, over the phone or via internet with product questions, quotations, and orders
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure quote accuracy
  • Use discretionary authority to determine and provide customer product pricing, negotiate pricing with suppliers, purchase materials specific to customer orders and maintain service standards.
  • Partner with inside sales and account managers as needed to maintain levels of excellence
  • Build and maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Plumbing wholesale experience preferred
  • Previous experience generating quotes
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Work independently and with a team
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and vendors
  • Ability to adapt to policies and procedures
  • Basic computer skills
