Job Title: Inventory Control Lift Truck Operator
Location: Anaheim
Payrate: $18 - $19.5
Summary: Responsible for the timely, accurate offloading of inbound and loading of outbound raw materials, staging and verification of ingredients and packaging materials, maintaining inventory information, including conducting cycle counts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operates forklift to move material throughout the facility.
· Inspects forklift and submits report indicating forklift condition.
· Comply with Spill Prevention Control and Counter Measures.
· Charge Electric lift trucks/fill battery cells when necessary.
· Unload/Load trailers.
· Off-Load Tankers and Railcars.
· Receive and inspect packaging materials and raw ingredients.
· Transfer materials/ ingredients from storage locations to production lines, blend room, or stock-transfers.
· Proper documentation of product location movements (movement and pick sheets).
· Segregate non-conforming products and materials and ensure they are placed on hold.
· Pull, stage and verify ingredients and/or packaging materials.
· First to Expire First Out (FEFO) and First in First Out (FIFO) rotation for all receipts.
· Deliver materials to the production lines in accordance with the "Production Work Order" form.
· Cleans warehouse and monitors outdated product.
· Conducts daily cycle counts and physical inventories based on customer requirements
· Utilize warehousing systems, e.g., SAP, and ILS.
· Operates Floor Scrubber, Baler, and other equipment in the normal course of completing duties.
· Maintain a clean work area.
· General
o Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
o All other duties as assigned.
o Work scheduled shift, weekends, and extended hours as required.
o Regular and punctual attendance.
Competencies:
· Demonstrated ability to meet daily work expectations.
Education and/or Experience:
· High school diploma or G.E.D.;
· One-year related experience;
· Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Warehouse experience preferred.
· Experience with Warehouse Systems (SAP, ILS) preferred.
· Current Forklift Certification required.
Language Skills: English is required, and the ability to speak Spanish is desirable.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Amount of Travel Involved: 10% May travel between Anaheim and the Fullerton Distribution facility.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and moving vehicles. The employee is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions and cooler/freezer conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
