Jewelry Sales Associate

Napa, CA

We are seeking a self-driven, personable, and dedicated professional salesperson with experience in high end/luxury jewelry sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
  • Assisting guests, with aptitude in clientele, and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Willingness to obtain knowledge of jewelry and watch products and services of to respond to all customer inquiries
  • Ability to demonstrate and add value to the shopping experience for customers
  • Exhibit professional sales associate characteristics, attitude, and behaviors at all times
  • Assist with store merchandising, visual presentation, and maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the showroom
  • At all times, ensure compliance with company loss prevention guidelines
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events
  • Assist in planning and logistics for special events and Trunk Shows -Take an active role in bi monthly store meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and pertinent data

  • Demonstrated experience in bridal jewelry
  • Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals
  • Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Knowledge of jewelry specific software and/or willingness to learn Edge Point of Sale

Knowledge and Experience:
  • High-end sales: 3 years preferred
  • Sales: 3 years preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in bridal jewelry and fine jewelry sales
  • Enthusiasm in fashion, jewelry, watches or interest in retail will be considered
