Job Title: Junior Staff Accountant

Compensation: $30-$35 an hour
Job Summary:
Dynamic house of brands is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join their team on a part-time or full-time contract basis. Contract expected to be four months. This role will be responsible for general ledger reconciliation, order entry and reporting as needed.
Job Title Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Verify general ledger balances and ensure accuracy
- Compile and generate financial reports as needed, including balance sheet and profit and loss statements
- Review and investigate inconsistencies in financial entries
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintain G/L integrity by posting journal and other entries
- Receive, enter, and monitor sales orders
Job Title Requirements:
- Experience with Nav a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP
