Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced luxury fine wine Sales Manager for the San Francisco and Eastbay area to drive sales and increase market share for our client, an established luxury winey.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of wine sales experience, plus established accounts or a network of contacts to efficiently establish accounts. What is most important to our client is that you are a candidate who is self-driven, problem-solving, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, responsible, dependable, team-oriented, detail oriented, operates with integrity and knows how to prioritize.

* Guide, train and manage team members
* Develop, maintain and enhance contacts and relationships with distributor management and personnel, to preserve or create a sturdy business relationship.
* Assist and support On and Off premise sales aspects, distributor management, sales meetings, new item presentations, brand kickoffs, work withs, pricing and promotions, budget management.
* Provide senior management with accurate and timely information necessary to improve business, including but not limited to competitive pricing, promotions, sales trends as well as providing reasonable action plans.
* Provide reports such as a weekly accomplishment report, regional account updates, top 100 updates, work-with schedules, and allocation reports by market.
* Manage distributor inventory levels in conjunction with distributor to avoid any out-of-stock issues.
* Responsible for meeting or exceeding company sales goals and timely execution of company initiatives.
* Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
* Utilize company systems for sales and depletion management tracking of key accounts activity.
