Mixing Operator's handle all aspects of mixing and batching ingredients. Mixers are required to clean the mixers between formulas, understand a recipe sheet, scale ingredients and batch accordingly, track lot numbers, and accurately complete all paperwork required.

- Complete Reports
- Must have 3 years of bakery and or batching experience
- Must have 5 years of machine operating experience
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
