DIRECT HIRE MAINTENANCE MANAGER NEEDED FOR NATURAL FOODS AND HERBAL REMEDIES COMPANY IN SEBASTOPOL - 7:00AM-4:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY - $95,000-$125,000/YEAR + BONUS AND BENEFITS!!!

Preferred Candidates will Possess:

• Electrical, Process Controls, Power Generation, Hydraulics, Refrigeration, Pneumatics, Thermodynamics, Welding, Machining, Food Processing, Sanitation
• Strong experience in a Food/Beverage Manufacturing Setting
• Creation of Maintenance Schedules and Employee Schedules
• Strong need for this person to be well versed in developing others and be able to put together a comprehensive DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - internal promotion and upward mobility is a company trait
• Will oversee a Maintenance Supervisor, some Facilities Personnel and up to 10 Maintenance Techs
• 60,000 sq. ft facility with over 100 Employees
• Budgetary Management experience needed
