Three of our prominent, well-established Bay Area clients are seeking either Facilities professionals to fulfill either contract or contract to hire roles!
In these roles, you'll be responsible for performing various Technician duties:
(1) Redwood City - Manage and maintain operations of all building equipment and systems. Operate and maintain facilities equipment. Repair and maintain physical structure of building. Plans, coordinates, inspects, and performs maintenance and supports project management for facilities related projects. Including but not limited to, building remodeling and construction, equipment installation and/or placement, safety, and environmental compliance. Responsible for assigned day-to-day operations and maintenance and repairs. Perform preventative maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related equipment. Perform and oversee maintenance of compressed air systems, life safety, fire protection systems etc. $33-38 per hour, commensurable upon experience. Monday through Friday, AM schedule. Long-term indefinite assignment running through 2023 with potential for conversion.
(2) Peninsula and South Bay market - Light maintenance work such as simple painting, assemble lighting, door repair, lock working, sheetrock repair, and carpentry to name a few. Maintain/repair electrically powered low-voltage systems and equipment following accepted procedures and techniques of the electrical trade as directed by immediate supervisor. Maintain/repair HVAC systems/ equipment and perform preventive maintenance including condenser, fan coil and AHU cleaning, filter/belt replacement. Respond to and complete applicable Facilities tickets/requests. Company pays for breakfast, lunch and dinner (depending if you choose to work later/after hours). $24-28 per hour, commensurable upon experience. Monday through Friday, AM schedule. Long-term indefinite assignment running through late 2022 with potential for conversion.
(3) South San Francisco - Support a high functioning, fast paced hybrid corporate and manufacturing environment by providing facility support services such as Maintenance, Special Event logistics, and Janitorial. Perform light maintenance work such as simple painting, door repair, lock working, sheetrock repair, and carpentry. Perform a variety of labor related tasks, including but not limited to moving and set up furniture for special events; replace light bulbs, replace vacuum cleaner bags and belts, pick up and deliver newsletters, flyers, perform periodic inspections, and various other tasks required in the event of an emergency. Report to management all emergencies damages, fixtures/furniture losses, maintenance needs, equipment repairs, and safety issues. Identify and report problems with equipment and infrastructure such as gates, doors, drywall, electrical, and workplace equipment. Organize and maintain the stocks of bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies, and other consumables in stock locations for our contract cleaning services. $30-$33 per hour, commensurable upon experience. Monday through Friday, 10am to 7pm schedule. Contract to hire.
