Nelson Connects has immediate openings for Manufacturing Associates at a leading medical device company in Santa Rosa!

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

What you'll do:

  • Work in a clean room environment
  • Work with plastic molded parts
  • Load inserts into the mold
  • Accurately report good parts and rejects
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Package products
  • Assist in end of shift and plant clean-up
  • Additional duties as assigned

Must haves:

  • Regular attendance
  • Previous injection molding or medical device production experience required
  • Safety minded
  • Willing to learn and grow within the role
  • Well organized with excellent attention-to-detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to stand, sit, twist, bend, lift, and push
  • Selected candidates must meet all pre-employment requirements

Hours: Shifts offered include Day (7am-3:30pm), Swing (3pm-11:30pm), and Graveyard (11pm-7:30am)

Length of Assignment: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including shift, the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Hiring is dependent on client's pre-employment screening which includes a 7-year background check.
