Marketing Coordinator

Global leader has an opening for an energetic B-to-B Marketing Coordinator to sit in our Petaluma, CA headquarters.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to contribute to the success of a high-growth, B-to-B global technology firm. The successful Marketing Coordinator will have a unique opportunity to learn, contribute and grow their career.

In this role you will support digital and traditional marketing efforts such as online paid advertising, PR, email, partner marketing and more. You will also help create internal reports and maintain marketing program calendars, plus play a key role in social media efforts. You will collaborate with marketing, sales and other internal departments, as well as external agencies and select business partners.

You must love marketing and social media, have an abundance of energy, be able to learn and move quickly plus manage multiple projects at the same time without missing a beat.

Requirements

  • ? Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Marketing; savvy with social media
  • ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ? Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • ? Positive attitude and experience supporting multi-faceted projects in fast-paced environment
  • ? Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as perform assignments autonomously
  • ? Work schedule flexibility to attend ~monthly online global marketing / sales meetings
  • ? High proficiency using MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word programs
  • ? Highly responsible and reliable self-starter

    Preferred:

  • ? Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • ? Experience working in a B-to-B company.
  • ? Experience with Hubspot (email) and Google Analytics
  • ? Past experience booking/coordinating trade shows
