Established Company in Napa Valley looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator.

Job Title Responsibilities:

Brand and DTC Marketing and Sales Support
Create and publish marketing collateral to support the Brand and DTC Marketing teams including
Ensure all collateral is kept up to date on all resource platforms external and internal
Provide sales, marketing, and DTC data collection, reporting, and analytical support across proprietary and syndicated data sources
Field sales requests as needed
Assist with Marketing budget tracking and reporting
Manage POS website (inventory levels, accuracy, interface).
Monitor and manage website / digital presence
Develop and deploy communications of new brand news and updated sales collateral
Process sample requests and shipping requests for marketing team

eCommerce management

Manage email/promotion content calendar
Design and implement eCommerce promotions; maintain and publish promotional calendar
Ensure presence of all relevant products
Collaborate with Creative teams on styling and visual appeal of Uncorked.com, delivering fresh content on an ongoing basis
Coordinate with Brand Managers on priorities and initiatives that can incorporate eCommerce as a part of the marketing mix
