HYBRID - Compensation: $28-35/HR

Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal (employee) communication program and project materials, which might include written and visual communication assets, and execute to successful and timely completion
  • Work closely with the corporate and field human resource teams to support communication needs for various talent focused programming
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Review and optimize marketing budget
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
