Responsible for maintaining the highest level of relationship with association members and MLS customers through support channels and in-person interaction. Provide on-demand training for MLS products and association related services. Maintain general office operation including shipping and receiving, supply management and on-site event management.

Work Hours and Days
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional overtime, evening and weekend work may be required. May work at both offices in Walnut Creek and Richmond.
Responsible for providing a "World Class Experience" to association members and MLS customers. This multifaceted position requires a highly motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude who is capable of organizing diverse job requirements. The Customer Relationship Specialist must have strong communication skills, extensive technical knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to changing job requirements. The specialist must be capable of providing technical support to customers, answering questions about association benefits, managing daily meetings held on-site, maintaining the inventory for store items and handling the daily offices activities of shipping and receiving, workspace upkeep and supply ordering. Success in this position will require the specialist to continually grow their skiff set so performance standards and expectations can be improved on a regular basis.
The minimum requirements for this position are:
-Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in-person, over the phone, through instant messaging or email
-Strong time management skills and capable of multitasking
-Ability to work in team-oriented environment but also comfortable working alone and making business appropriate decisions
-Detail oriented individual with good organizational and follow through skills
-An in-depth knowledge of quality control processes
-Mastery of standard troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair utilities
-Working knowledge of standard Windows and Apple operating systems
-Strong MS Office skills, including working with various internet browser
-Basic computer hardware knowledge, including printers
-Networking and web HTML programming is a plus.
-Experience navigating and utilizing social networking and blog sites. (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Wordpress, etc.)
