Job Title: Office Administrator/Manager
Location: Lafayette, CA

Office Administrator/Manager Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones and greet walk-in visitors
  • Manage client database and project management software
  • Maintain electronic document management system and track client data
  • General clerical duties to include mailing, filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Support accounting professionals
  • Manage office supply inventory and budget
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence and reports
  • Coordinate with outside contractors to maintain office technology
  • Marketing campaign support
  • Complete data entry for detailed financial transactions, as needed
  • Special projects, as assigned
Office Administrator/Manager Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Good research skills and attention to details
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Customer service oriented
Schedule: M-F 32-40 hours | 8:30- 3:30-5
