Position Summary: Seeking Office Manager with an interior design firm to maintain front desk operations and assist with general office tasks. Your role is to create and maintain a professional work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication. You will support both the Founder and team and serve as the first point of representation for the firm.

Onsite daily from 8am-5pm in Mountain View, CA.


  • Help with team management and business development, marketing, and general office duties
  • Run the day to day office operations and be the liaison between the team and Founder
  • Oversee stock of office supplies and keep office organized and running efficiently
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Support the Principal and Design team with PowerPoint presentations


  • 4+ years experience with administrative work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook calendaring and Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail
