Office Manager

This is a temp to hire opportunity with our client located in Windsor, CA.

DOE - up to $32.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in MS Suite and QuickBooks
  • Located in the Windsor area - no remote work available
  • Must have Office Manager or Office Manager Assistant experiences

Professional experience with:

  • Answer phone, transfer calls and take messages
  • Assist in administrative duties and collaboration with the team
  • Schedule residential installation projects- verify with techs location and duties
  • Follow up on ETA of crew - contact clients with updates
  • Maintain and enter information into database
  • Set up inspections on completed work
  • Turn in electronic plans for permit
  • Some small pricing write ups and forms MS Word.
  • Prepare operational report and schedule to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Dept collections sent to an agency.
  • Assist in pay rolling up to 25 employees, prepare billing and paying bills
  • Reconcile in QuickBooks, Bank deposits and rarely a notary
  • Acquire, distribute, and store office supplies
  • Mon - Fri from 8:00 am - 5:00pm
