Are you an Operations or strong Admin. professional available for maternity leave coverage in the Charlotte market? If so, read on for a great contract opportunity through Business Professionals by Nelson Connects, starting ASAP, for our client who manufacturers and distributes temporary custom built portable units for commercial and education clientele.


Assignment
: Contract, 4-5 month assignment

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (minimal to no OT demands)

Compensation: $18 to $20/hr. (commensurable upon experience)

In this role the selected candidate will be a supporting teammate for the following day to day tasks, but not limited to:

  • Performing a variety of administrative functions such as client account documentation, ensuring data is a precise and up to date.
  • Adhere to both internal and external customer service follow-up tasks.
  • Support a small knit team of 10+ Sales/Operations teammates, performing various contract and credit approvals. Such tasks pertain to Purchase Order details, contract and credit approvals, etc.
  • Respond to vendor questions from client's internal platform/portal.
  • Secure information pertaining to contracts, CoIs, licenses to establish new vendor setups that meet both client and industry standards.
  • Produce and dispatch leasing documents for existing and new clients. Underlining information may pertain to varying rate changes and credit information.

To succeed in this role, we're seeking the following qualifications:

  • Exemplary customer service-centric skill set.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with timely follow-up and adhering to time sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-pace environment.
  • Working proficiency with Computer software programs, such as but not limited to MS Office Suite (E.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) and platforms (WebEx, Zoom).
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2-3 years' experience in an Administrative role, preferably in a Construction industry.
