Location: Sonoma County
This position requires the ability to provide excellent customer service, monitor stock and supply needs, provide leadership and guidance to staff, communicate openly with off-site staff, and execute detailed and accurate administrative and accounting tasks.
Manage operations of organization and provide inspired leadership to warehouse and production staff.
Anticipate needs and forecast demands to meet supply
Coordinate and maintain communication with team on and off site
Provide excellent affiliate, customer and vendor service by phone and email.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
Supervise and delegate to office and production staff.
Establish productivity targets and actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
Production and sales report analysis, forecasting and tracking
Maintain efficiency of existing operations and adjust to accommodate growth
Inventory management and procurement
Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed
Interviewing, on-boarding, training and reviewing employees
Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Identify and address problems, trends and opportunities for the company
Make important planning, policy, quality assurance and strategy decisions
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
Partner with support in improving the proprietary tools and systems
Oversee database maintenance and expansion
Project management for graphic design and marketing
· 3 years of Management experience
· Excellent planning, prioritization and time management
· Strong understanding of operations and supply chain
