Operations Manager

Compensation: $125,000 to $175,000

The General Manager will oversee all company functions with a specific focus on day-to-day operations.

The General Manager will be responsible for general corporate site leadership, financial reporting, and

planning, with reporting responsibilities to the CEO, CFO and VP of Sales.

This position is located in American Canyon, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and Warehouse Operations.
  • Work with Department managers to establish and manage goals and budgets in Northern
  • California, while identifying strategic geographic expansion opportunities.
  • Hire and oversee a Service Manager to support the company's Equipment leasing and repair

    business.

  • Oversee all supply chain functions, including Logistics and Fleet Operations.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to reduce operating costs, increase operating efficiencies, and improve profitability.
  • Develop and implement a reporting process to communicate business results to the

    Management Team and CEO.

  • Ensure the timely and accurate updating and maintaining of the company's operational

database, that drives the company's sales, customer service, operations, and financial reporting.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS / BACKGROUND INCLUDES:

  • 10+ years of work experience, with a primary background in Sales and Operations, with a
  • service-based enterprise.
  • Previous experience in managing a subsidiary location, reporting to a Parent Company, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proven results that delivered significant operational and financial benefits and
  • · value creation.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in an entrepreneurial
  • environment.
  • Resolve problems and present appropriate business solutions and process improvement
  • recommendations.
  • Ability to make quality, independent decisions, work effectively and efficiently to meet
  • deadlines.
  • Excellent team building and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Have a passion for Environmental Services and Sustainability
