Job Title:

A high-tech sales and manufacturing firm in San Rafael, is looking for a full time operations person with some additional duties supporting the sales and marketing teams. The office is a fast-paced, positive environment with exciting worldwide clients in aerospace, technology, and state/federal agencies. The candidate is expected to manage customer orders, shipping and related invoicing, customer and vendor engagement and process daily UPS/Fed activity.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (We use Zoho Books, similar to Quickbooks)

Support Complex Invoicing (Product, Services, International Shipments)
Assist with Purchasing (materials control, vendor qualifications, etc.)
Inventory Management (lift boxes up to 50lbs, occasional pallet / crate work)
Vendor Management (addressing delivery issues, processing RMAs)
Light State or Federal Reporting (Quarterly Sales Tax report, etc.)
Basic office support (email tracking numbers, update end user info in CRM, etc)
