Nelson Connects is immediately hiring Parts Specialist for a local leading organization in Windsor.

As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, storing, issuing and shipping replacement parts, equipment, and expendable items
  • Taking inventory of parts and equipment and maintaining inventory records
  • Creating quotes, sales orders, and invoices for parts orders from clients
  • Assisting with payments from clients
  • Coordinating Purchase Orders to vendors
  • Collaborating with service, contract, and accounting teams on large projects
  • Managing and evaluation freight and shipping costs with vendors and suppliers

    Parts Specialist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Data management experience
  • Able to manage own time and the time of others
  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop solutions

For this role, the shift is:

  • Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay for this position is $22.00 per hour
