Patient Care Coordinator- Redwood City

T-H; will need to work some weekend days.

Health tech company- specializing in whole body diagnostic imaging - clinic operates between 6a-9:15p Mon-Sun and requires scheduling for weekdays and weekends within these hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Support via phone, email and in-person, appointment reminders
  • Assisting with intake forms, providing information on directions, parking
  • Issue ID, process payment, patient orientations
  • Follow up with patient, go over next steps
  • Coordinate scheduling with care team

Required Experience and Skills

  • Customer care/customer support background is required.
  • MS Office proficient
  • Must function with high level of professionalism and emotional intelligence. Strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Reliable, able to work well under pressure, thrive in fast paced environment
  • Time management skills
