Payment Processing Associate
The payment processor is responsible for the accurate and timely posting of payments and other transactions to customer loan accounts at the Henderson, NV processing center. The payment processor will balance their own processing and assist with daily reconciliation and verification process as needed.
  • Accurately and timely post monetary and non-monetary transactions and process daily reconciliation
  • Review check request for accuracy prior to submitting
  • Review account changes and deferments for completeness and accuracy
  • Balance and reconcile processing batches
  • Review servicing email box and respond to request
  • Contact dealers, customers, and lenders for payment and payoff follow up
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook
  • 10 Key by touch
  • 1-2 years prior experience in account servicing
Compensation: $16.26-21.00 hourly DOE
