Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Mountain View
Compensation: $62-$67k

Job Summary:

Established company looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This role is responsible for all aspects of payroll processing. The ideal candidate would need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail.

Job Title Responsibilities:
* Process payroll by collecting, calculating, and entering data in ADP, entering commissions and other wages.
* Update payroll records by entering new hires, changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
* Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages when required by management.
* Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
* Maintains and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
* Calculate and prepare Payroll related general ledger entries.
* Research and prepare special reports for management.

Job Title Requirements:
* Up to 2 years of payroll processing experience.
* Prior experience with payroll related laws and regulations a plus.
* Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
* Great communication skills and high attention to detail.
* Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now and E-time preferred but not required.
