Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Administrator
Location: San Rafael

Compensation: $35-$40 an hour


Job Summary:

Our client, an established non-profit is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Admin to join their team. This role will be responsible for processing payroll for 100+ employee as well as managing and auditing benefits.


Job Title Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle payroll
  • Answer employee questions related to paychecks, 401k, and health benefit enrollment
  • Reconcile health benefits bills
  • Prepare reports for the finance team
  • Audit benefits to make sure only current employees are enrolled

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years Accounting and/or Payroll experience
  • Experience reconciling General Ledger
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
